Hi, I’m Joanne Kane—
Wellness Coach, with a background in physical therapy, and founder of Postural Basics, Inc.
After recovering from an injury that made it painful to sit at my computer (even after healing), I knew something had to change. So I used what I knew from nearly 20 years as a physical therapist and developed a step-by-step system to finally feel comfortable at my desk again.
Now, I help other desk workers do the same—through simple, effective strategies that promote a pain-free, productive workday. No gimmicks. No complicated routines. Just practical solutions that work in the real world.
